Hi Connie,

We just happened to be in Denmark during November and decided to check out Bornholm on a whim and glad we did! Now we know we’d love to go back during summer season.

This post is almost 7 years old now so a lot may have changed, but good to know there are flights there and many excellent restaurants. We will keep that in mind for a future visit and thanks for sharing!

Also you can fly to the island from Copenhagen too! As for the food the island is now known to be a gourmet food island with many exceller restaurants! And no need to be able to drive a manual as I have rented automatic cars there before! Hope it helps!
